Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
We will collect, record, store, use and process Personal Data as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), regarding and relating to you, including any sensitive personal data for purposes of:

- Consideration for promotion, career development, performance monitoring, secondment of transfer, health and safety administration, security and access control.
- Salary and related payment processing.
- Corporate due diligence exercise.
- Our internal record keeping to maintain and upkeep employees’ record.
- Making a disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular, code applicable to the Company.
All Personal Data provided is accurate, complete, not misleading and up-to-date. Personal Data may include but not limited to Personal Data that relates to:
- Identity (including name, age, gender, race, religion, nationality, photograph, marital status, family members’ details, education level, driving license and identification/passport number);
- Contact details (including residential and mailing address, contact number(s), and email address);
- Current and past employment details (including job references, testimonials, certificates and payslips);
- Financial situation/details (bankruptcy, bank account number and bank name)
- Statutory account details (including tax file, EPF and SOSCO number) and
- Others i.e., health condition (physical & mental), vehicle information, languages and personal interests.
Company may also provide or request for your personal data to or from any third party for the purpose of conducting background check.
