• Assist Support and Planning team to identify process improvement opportunities and increase efficiencies within the department.
• Assist the Support and Planning team with identification of errors and troubleshooting with current platforms and processes.
• Assist Support and Planning team to create and establish regular reporting to ensure data accuracy
• Oversee implementation of new clients and services using the client implementation standard operating procedures
• Establish and document standard operating procedures for the team
• Coordinate and lead training for the team when new technology and processes are introduced
• Evaluate and modify standard protocols and procedures as needed to support new business and technology
• Manage data load process
• Liaise with OnBrand360 Product Manager as needed to communicate and prioritize needed enhancements
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any new software releases and enhancements
• Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of new hire training
• Lead or participate in ongoing projects
• Ensure all client data is accurate including work orders and billing through regular reports as well as direct engagement with the Support and Planning Team

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of customer support and administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite and Sales Force
• Experience balancing and prioritizing external and internal requests
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Available to work Monday-Friday
