Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Communication Program
- Implementation of integrated communication program of both service brands from creativity till execution.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all branding application is consistent internally and externally.
- Investigate / explore various communication channels & opportunities and define effective communication task, targets, and budgets.
- In charge of coming up with materials for collaterals, ads and giveaways and other brand communications.
- Develop and create media releases, key messages, FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required.
- Ensure timely execution of content development and distribution based on the mapping of content strategy to the customer journey; channels include advertising, media, collateral, briefings, newsletters, web/ online, social media, public relations, CSR activities, etc.
- Assist in promotional strategies and business development.
- Create, promote social media releases and activities.
Relationship Management
- To liaise with government agencies and associations for building awareness in the market.
- Liaise and measure efficacy with agencies for marketing communications and advertising initiatives.
- To promote hygiene and pest awareness as well as incorporating the importance of focus services to generate coverage and public interest.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to technical, legal, trademark, and corporate brand compliance/guidelines of all marketing communications material.
· B2B partnership in landing innovations and drive testimonials
Administration
- Monthly tracking and tabulation/documentation of all communication activities.
- Work with Marketing Manager, agencies and business partners managing asset library.
- Manage shoots, including obtaining internal approvals, coordinating timelines, and managing logistics and budgets.
- Press releases, Print ads placement, On ground Events, etc
Requirements:
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with at least 1 year experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Creative flair and accurate proofing skills, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to understand people’s concerns to develop insights.
- Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined content in a short time while effectively managing expectations.
- Proactive self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work as a team in a fast-evolving environment.
- Language skills required: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator may be an advantage.
- Ability to meet projects timeline.
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels.
- Commercially focused and is alert of the changes and updates in marketing.
