Business Administration Support

Rentokil Initial has an exciting opportunity for an organised Business Administration Support person to use their well-developed administrative skills to assist the team based in any of our office locations, Albury, Cowra, Batemans Bay and Canberra on a full-time basis.

The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support including:

• First point of customer contact for general enquiries - via phone and website
• Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports
• Providing support to all clients
• Ensure tasks are processed in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for keeping inventory of internal and external office supplies replenished
• Provide additional administrative support for other areas of the business as requested by line manager
• Loading of Pre-construction Termite Protection jobs
• Planning Technicians to install Pre Construction Termite Protection
• Quoting of Pre Construction Termite Protection
• Producing and issuing Pre Construction Termite Protection installation certificates & warranties documents

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia (essential)
• Previous administrative experience (essential)
• Availability to work full-time (essential)
• Experience in the construction and pest control industries is valued but not essential
• Strong communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
• Adhere to business procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate across multiple databases
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Data entry accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

The successful candidate must be able to undergo a pre-employment medical, police, and reference checks.
