This role is a sales leader within National Accounts. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of National Account Executives and responsible for achieving their base line target set annually. This role will hire, train, motivate and hold each direct report accountable for their activity model and individual sales results to achieve the overall team sales goal, which is upwards of $32,000,000.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sr. Director of NA Sales to achieve overall NA sales and revenue goals
Hire qualified candidates, train, motivate and hold them accountable for their annual BST
Perform regular 1-1’s, semi-annual and annual performance reviews
Capture, review and report on key KPIs for their team which includes but not limited to: NAE weekly new business outreach activity, contracted sales, started sales, contract vs job sales, CRM activity, tradeshow ROIs, any and all prospecting tools provided by company
Establish a high performing team and lead a culture of performance, self-accountability, and individual brand awareness
Travel to various prospective customer and customer meetings, field locations and/or other locations for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise
Promote cross-sell between all NA business segments including but not limited to: NA residential, termite and bird,
Develops relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
May be required to manage some amount of current customer business which will require business reviews, price adjustments and renewals
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
5+ Years of Management & Regional or National Sales
Proven record to work optimally with cross functional teams and to facilitate collaboration across functional boundaries.
Knowledge of company products and services
Business and financial acumen
Project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at all levels
Performance management and coaching skills, including providing clear and concise feedback
Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with enthusiasm for digging into and solving cross-functional business, operational and organizational issues
Maintains a valid driver’s license
Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Leadership styles to include - Integrity, Pacesetting, Coaching, Delegation, Self-Accountability
Knowledge and skill in sales management strategies and techniques
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor’s Degree - BA, BS required
Master’s Degree - preferred
