We are currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join our dedicated team at the Dalkeith branch. If you are passionate about developing staff and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the branches’ operations and manage a team of Technicians. Key responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring Technicians have the correct training, equipment, chemicals and PPE to carry out the required work safely and competently
• Keeping stores fully stocked with all equipment and ensuring everything is maintained and in full working order
• Testing and carrying out checks on vehicles
• Coaching and developing your team to meet the demands of the business
• This role is 80% field based where you will be expected to meet up with Technicians and customers whilst also assisting sales colleagues with surveys
• The other 20% of your time will be office based doing stock control, maintaining processes and assisting with other business demands

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.

• Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
• AHT/ GHT qualification or equivalent experience. 
• Experience or understanding on air ventilation systems highly desirable.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes 
• Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs

• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
