We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Product Development Representative who thrives in a role that combines strategy, innovation, and customer centric sales.
OVERVIEW:
As a Sales and Product Development Representative within the turf and ornamental sector, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll help shape the future of the industry. You’ll work closely with landscape professionals, distributors, and growers, providing solutions that promote vibrant, healthy, and resilient green spaces. In this role, you’ll have a direct hand in promoting environmentally friendly products that support sustainable growth across golf courses, sports fields, nurseries, residential lawns, and commercial landscapes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Sales Growth: Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers in your region. Your expertise in turf and ornamental products will allow you to position the right solutions to meet specific customer needs.
Product Strategy and Development : Be the voice of your region’s customers. Partner with internal teams to ensure products not only meet the needs of the market but also lead with innovation.
Market Expansion and Intelligence: Identify opportunities for growth, gathering insights into trends, competition, and customer needs within the turf and ornamental sector.
Customer-Focused Solutions: Provide expert advice, conduct training, and offer technical support to help customers achieve their goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Sales &Relationship Skills: Proven sales success, with a knack for relationship-building and a deep understanding of customer needs in the green industry.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of turf, ornamental plants, and relevant product lines, allowing you to confidently support and educate customers
Entrepreneurial Drive: You’re proactive, a natural problem solver, and driven to exceed goals in a growing market.

Base pay range: $55400 - $77600 / year In addition to the base pay, a Colleague working in this role who has completed training may be eligible to earn additional monetary compensation including overtime, incentive and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes and achieving Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs").
