1 x Finance Admin Intern (12 month fixed term contract) , Claremont Cape Town

An opportunity for a leanership to support:

• the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, executing and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation

Please note that the successful candidate will need to be registered and complete a company-selected and SETA-approved learnership.

Requirements:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Intern

1. Assist Finance team (vendor recons, processing vendors invoices, disposal forms, treasury payments) 
2. Assisting Finance Manager with Treasury updates ( Opening bank accounts and updating bank mandates.
3. Assist the payroll team ( processing payroll data, collating payroll reports)
4. Assist in Finance Manager with company secretarial updates (Changes in Director, CIPC updates)
5. Ad-hoc duties
6. Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric
• A graduate in Finance/Accounting degree/diploma would be beneficial
• Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
• Numerical acumen
• Computer literate - MS Office, Windows
