To ensure that a professional and quality service is rendered to our clients and colleagues at all times by ensuring that 

the function is dealt with in a polite, efficient and effective manner and in accordance with Company policies.

To ensure the efficient and effective control of the Branch administrative systems and operational costs.

Requirements:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls 
• Daily Banking
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering organization
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Receive and sort mail 
• General administrative and clerical support

• Excellent Telephone Manner and Skills
• Must be customer focused / orientated – both external and internal customers
• Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
• Display initiative / be pro-active

QUALIFICATIONS and  EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification an advantage
• Minimum 24 – 36 months of proven experience in similar role
• Computer literacy – MS Office,  Internet tools , Internal RISA systems
