Account Manager

The Account Manager will be the primary person focused on developing strong relationships, providing daily support and providing technical insights to execute on an account strategy that will earn the best return for both the client and the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

o Build strong, professional relationships with key contacts at assigned client companies, both at franchise and corporate levels.

o Brings together the right team members (Technicians, Ops managers, support staff, technical teams, and leaders) to meet client goals and expectations.

o Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices, and shares useful insights with clients

o Manages contract renewals and handles price increases 

o Regularly checks in with clients to understand their needs and improve their programs.

o Communicates clearly and professionally with key contacts, including senior executives.

o Completes and submits required weekly, monthly, and annual reports, and handles related administrative tasks.

o Take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

o Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or management-related field and five years of account management experience 

o Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure in fast-changing situations.

o Proven ability to successfully complete projects and initiatives.

o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o Professional presence and confidence when working with senior leaders.

o Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving results.

o Good understanding of financial concepts and overall business operations.

o Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

o Strong attention to detail.

o Good judgment and decision-making skills.

o Willing and able to travel by car and plane to meet clients, visit field operations, and attend meetings or conferences as needed.

o Comfortable using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).

Benefits:

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000/ year plus commissions with the following perks!
