The AI Enablement Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization doesn’t just deploy AI technology, but
successfully integrates it into daily operations. While the delivery teams build the tools, this role ensures the workforce is ready,
willing, and able to use them. You will act as the primary bridge between technical AI development and the end-users, focusing
on human-centric adoption, prompt engineering excellence, and measurable productivity gains.
The AI Enablement Specialist promotes the Group's AI vision and strategic objectives through clear company wide
communication and adoption initiatives with measurable value. In collaboration with AI development teams and regional
stakeholders, they drive the integration and adoption of new AI technologies across the organisation, ensuring a coordinated
approach to AI solution delivery that maximises enterprise value and adoption.
The primary goals of the Group AI team include:
● Leading the definition and communication of the AI Products and technologies.
● Developing and maintaining a roadmap of products and initiatives.
● Gathering and analyzing needs and business requirements to identify technology solutions.
● Provide training and governance around the usage and development of AI solutions across the business.
● Ensuring AI product quality and alignment with user and business needs.
● Monitoring and analyzing product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
● Remain up to date with modern AI and Data trends and business opportunities.
To ensure the successful adoption and long-term value realization of AI tools &
initiatives by:
● Acting as the "AI Translator": Converting technical AI capabilities into practical, department-specific use cases for non-
technical staff.
● Driving AI Fluency: Designing and delivering training programs that move employees from basic awareness to advanced AI
proficiency.
● Optimizing Workflows: Partnering with regional leads to identify "bottleneck" processes that can be streamlined through AI-
augmented workflows.
● Ensuring Ethical Use: Promoting and governing the safe, compliant, and ethical use of AI tools across the organization.
● AI Communication: Sharing opportunities and advancements in AI within the organisation through a trusted network of AI evangelists
Adoption Strategy & Planning: Define and execute an "Enablement Roadmap," ensuring AI tools are rolled out with clear change
management plans and support structures.
● AI Pioneers: Develop and collaborate with a large network of AI evangelists across the organisation to create a culture of
learning and knowledge sharing, from which to further reach business value and AI Adoption.
● Prompt Engineering & Best Practices: Develop and maintain a central library of "gold standard" prompts and templates for
various business functions (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance).
● Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional leads to gather user feedback, identify "AI Champions" within
departments, and address resistance to AI adoption.
● Value Realization & ROI Tracking: Define and monitor adoption KPIs (e.g., active user rates, time-saved metrics) to articulate
the cumulative business value generated by AI investments.
● Training & Education: Lead workshops, webinars, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions to improve the organization's collective "AI IQ."
● Governance & Compliance: Champion AI governance frameworks, ensuring users adhere to GDPR, the EU AI Act, and
internal data privacy policies when interacting with AI tools.
● Iterative Improvement: Monitor user feedback to provide the central AI team with actionable insights for product refinement
and feature requests.
Requirements:
Experience
● Proven experience in Change Management, Instructional Design, or Digital Transformation roles.
● Experience in a corporate setting driving the adoption of new technologies (highly desirable).
● Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or internal consulting role.
● Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a professional context.
● Experience working with partners on suppliers on planning and program delivery.
● AI Literacy: Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLM capabilities, and prompt engineering techniques.
● Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive language for diverse
audiences.
● Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze business requirements and advise on scope for operational improvement through AI.
● Influence: Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders who may be skeptical of AI technology.

between own specialism and wider customer/organisational requirements.

appropriate choices from alternatives. Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets.
Assesses and evaluates risk. Communicates effectively, both formally and informally. Demonstrates leadership. Facilitates
collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives. Take all requirements into account when making proposals.
Take initiative to keep skills up to date. Mentors colleagues. Maintains an awareness of developments in the industry.
● Analytical: Analyses requirements and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement. Demonstrates
creativity, innovation, and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer/stakeholder.
