Assistant Finance Manager (FP&A) - Subang

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Assistant Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner to the Branch Operation & IT of Malaysia Business.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Business Partnering with Branch Operation,HR & Marketing.
• Responsible for Accounting Operation of Month End Closing Process.
• Responsible for evaluating and interpreting monthly management reports including profit & loss,
• balance sheet and other accounting statements on profit management and financial position, as well
• as monthly and annual forecasting/budgeting.
• Produce branch business performance reports, analyze and present results in Monthly Branch Review.
• Assist new system implementation.
• Assist in annual audit and tax assessment.
• Ad-hoc tasks or projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of Relevant Experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or similar industries within a Multinational Environment would be an added advantage.
• Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willing to Travel Nationally up to 10%

• Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented.

• Business/Commercially focused acumen.
