Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Manager Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and liaise with external auditors.
• Support in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.
• Assist in maintaining financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on financial performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CMA will be an advantage).
• Proven experience of 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
