POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

The Incumbent is responsible to formulate and develop Marketing support including Marketing programs and campaigns in line with the Company’s overall business objectives. S/He should end-to-end be able to design, build and maintain our social media presence. The candidate needs to be well versed in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and GMB, and familiarity with Hubspot.

The person will have a matrix reporting - Operationally, to the Chief Operating Officer, Initial Hygiene. The functional reporting of this role would be to the Chief Marketing Officer. The person will have to work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team of stakeholders across India.

• Marketing and promotions:

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• To analyse market gaps and opportunities and propose new marketing campaigns and activities
• Develop and Implement Digital and BTL marketing plans to achieve target and improve profitability of the organization
• Should actively coordinate sales team for ongoing and ad hoc activities and requirements.
• Drive tactical activities to support Sales agenda - e.g. KA presentation, Event, KA workshop
• Proficient in handling BTL vendors as per the business requirements

• Creative development & Managing all Digital assets:

• Ability to work independently on applications such as Canva to develop creatives for social media campaigns.
• Alternately, work collaboratively with creative agencies on creative feedback processes and development.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Email marketing to the marketing database, ongoing management of all landing pages
• One-point anchor for managing all the social media handles of Initial Hygiene
• Ability to analyse, evaluate and work on improvement plans for all paid digital marketing campaigns - Measurement of all KPIs and ensuring campaign ROIs
• Proficient in handling Digital & Creative agencies as per the business requirements

• Lead generation campaigns

• Active follow up to ensure a good conversion percentage in all lead generation campaigns - Facilitating sales closures by collaborating with the relevant sales teams to ease out bottlenecks to enable speedy sales closures.
• Evaluation of all lead generation campaigns.

• Innovations & cross functional collaboration

• One point of contact for driving and implementing all the innovations in Initial Hygiene.
• Support Innovation launch from insight consolidation till selling story, material development working with the CMO and the COO

Requirements:

EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position. Distance learning Master’s degree also acceptable
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems especially with excel, word and PowerPoint (or its equivalent).
• Familiarity with managing social handles, Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
