As a Technical Business Analyst in our Group IT Digital Products and AI team, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative solutions within a specific business domain (e.g., Operations, Sales, or back-office). Acting as a true domain expert, you'll align business needs with technical capabilities and champion value-driven change.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Discovery: Lead high-level investigations to uncover opportunities for innovation and process optimisation. Shape business cases and assess feasibility for digital solutions that align with enterprise objectives.

Business & IT Bridge: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and delivery teams to develop scalable, tech-aligned solutions.

Agile Delivery: Craft detailed User Stories, acceptance criteria, and process models. Engage in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and day-to-day agile ceremonies to ensure delivery stays aligned with business goals.

Cross-Domain Leadership: Engage with Business Analysts in other domains to manage interdependencies, identify integration needs, and influence outcomes across connected systems and teams.

Stakeholder Management: Work directly with senior stakeholders to align goals, validate priorities, and guide decision-making. Build strong relationships to support governance, scope, and delivery expectations.

Business Readiness & Change Enablement: Drive readiness planning, UAT coordination, and change management activities that ensure adoption and measurable business benefits.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior analysts, helping build a strong, capable BA community within the organisation.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who blends analytical strength with business intuition and leadership capability.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally across multiple domains
• Expertise in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with scaling frameworks
• Strong knowledge of enterprise-level systems, integrations, and process transformation
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — you can influence at all levels
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
• Confidence in leading large, complex initiatives and facilitating change
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Business Analysis Diplomas, Agile certifications) are highly desirable
