Position : Report Analyst and Operation System Specialist (เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมคุณภาพระบบ รวบรวมรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล)
Location : Rentokil Initial สำนักงานใหญ่ กรุงเทพฯ ดินแดง (ออฟฟิศอยู่ใกล้กับดับเพลิงสุทธิสาร ใกล้มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้า)
Salary Range : 30,000 - 40,000 THB
Role Summary :
The Report Analyst and Operation System Specialist - will be a critical member of the team, responsible for leveraging the iCABS system to generate comprehensive business reports and analyses (including a focus on sales performance and commission), providing iCABS system support and training, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to workflow improvements. This multifaceted role requires a strong analytical mind, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and training skills, and a proactive approach to both data management and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Reporting & Analysis: Design, develop, and generate regular and ad-hoc business reports from the iCABS system across various departments, with a strong emphasis on sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Sales Commission & Incentive Calculation: Accurately calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentives based on established compensation plans and sales performance data extracted from the iCABS system. Address sales team inquiries related to compensation.
- iCABS System Support & Training: Provide ongoing technical support and develop and deliver training programs for iCABS users on system functionalities and best practices.
- iCABS Data Management: Perform regular data maintenance tasks within the iCABS system to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Manage data entry and record-keeping processes.
- Branch Support: Act as a primary point of contact for iCABS-related support for branch locations.
- Workflow Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve iCABS-related workflows, streamline processes, and enhance system efficiency.
- System Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on iCABS system processes, user guides, and FAQs.
- Collaboration: Liaise with IT and other relevant departments on system upgrades, maintenance, and data-related issues.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc data and system-related requests from various business units.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is usually a minimum requirement. Preferred fields include:
- Business Administration
- Industrial Engineering
- Operations Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Engineering (any discipline, especially mechanical, chemical, or electrical)
- Data Science or Analytics
- Finance or Economics (depending on the specific focus of the role)
- Master's Degree (Preferred but not always mandatory): An MBA or a Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field can be a significant advantage, especially for larger organizations or roles with a strategic focus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience: This experience should ideally be in roles focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, project management, data analysis, or quality management.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting: Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and present data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Industry-specific experience (advantageous): Prior experience in the same or a related industry can be beneficial as it provides context and understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency Reporting Tools/Software: e.g., Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.].
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Spreadsheet Software: e.g., Microsoft Excel (advanced) – including complex formulas and data manipulation for both reporting and commission calculations.
- Experience with CRM or Sales Management Systems: e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365 Sales, with a strong understanding of data within iCABS.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software-related issues.
- Optional: Experience with database management or SQL.
- Analytical and Mathematical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data from various business areas, including sales performance and compensation.
- Excellent mathematical and calculation abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to identify key trends and insights from both business performance data and sales compensation data.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders and provide effective training.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively across reporting, system support, and compensation responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and compensation information.
- Other Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn both data analysis and system management aspects.
