Salary Range : 35,000 - 45,000 THB

Responsibilities

• Analyze, Monitor and Improve of existing business report in place across Thailand (Pest Control or Hygiene) in the area of Sales, Service, Finance, Business support and Administration, in line with Divisional and Group models.
• Produce Business reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, as required by Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, Definition and maintenance of territories and customer portfolio.
• Support Operation Excellence Manager to design and execute productivity reports from iCABS system.
• Provide and Prepare documents for internal system training and coordinate training with Sales and Operations, prepare training documents & sign in sheet for training participants.
• Maintain records/data in iCABS systems or database (Pest Control or Hygiene) i.e. Account Setup, Contract Database, Customer Market Sector.
• Provide and Support to branches and Head Office in all functions in processes and procedures implementation by working closely with Operation Excellence Manager.
• Assist and Support all users in the understanding and usage of the systems. This will be done by ensuring that proper and sufficient training (Induction, System Refreshments, etc. are delivered to the users (This includes branch management, sales, service and administration teams.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Any genders between 28 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management
• Experienced in sales/marketing data analysis (3-5 years)
• Strong ability to communicate with business users and management of all levels for the development and delivery of reporting requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
