Full time – Permanent

Hybrid Working - 1 day per week in our Camberley Office

Salary - £21-22,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for a GDPR Compliance Administrator to join our team in Camberley.

Reporting to the Senior GDPR Assistant, this role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller/LPO, Financial Accounting and HR Reporting Manager and Senior GDPR Assistant in ensuring a robust and adequate control environment. It will also ensure the business is compliant with GDPR requirements and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator will include the following;

GDPR Control Environment

• Ensure necessary GDPR controls are in place to guarantee accurate compliance is achieved within the business.

• Administration of all GDPR requirements within One Trust.
• Support the LPO and Senior GDPR Assistant on all Data incidents and DSAR requirements 
• Responsible for the monitoring of the LPO mailbox 
• Ensure all GDPR deadlines are met within the allocated time frame.
• Produce monthly GDPR reporting and provide progress updates to management
• Work daily on Excel and Google spreadsheets
• Work on monthly GDPR training progress analysis
• Perform necessary verifications of processes within the business to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Assist with identifying risks within the business and propose solutions to any control issues that arise.  
• Assistance with internal and external auditors to support their activities. Work proactively to close out any control issues they may raise. 
• Assistance with large compliance projects
• Support the Financial Accounting HR and Reporting Manager the wider team where required

Ad-Hoc

• Deliver all ad-hoc assignments as they arise

Requirements:

To be considered for the Compliance Administrator position you will ideally have the following;

• Good knowledge of GDPR and Compliance
• Attention to detail
• I.T Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Good initiative and judgement skills
• Team player
• Customer focused and able to build rapport with internal customers
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
