DCUK FM Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dedicated team at the Birmingham and North branch. If you have experience working within a customer-facing role and enjoy solving customer problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Contracts Manager Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, pricing and specifying jobs, creating RAMS and drawings, and managing a team of frontline operatives and supervisors to carry out these jobs. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all client relationships for your area of responsibility. 
• Regular account reviews
• Adhering to any customer/contract specific KPIs and SLAs 
• Quoting all jobs as required 
• Preparing relevant RAMS, in line with Rentokil Initial Group and DCUK business procedures.
• Managing a team of frontline operatives and supervisors who will carry out these jobs 
• Responsible for their day-to-day welfare, management and continuing development within the business.
• Responsible for a cost centre, and be set financial revenue and profit targets to reach.

Requirements:

• Experience in pricing and managing asbestos works

• Client Account Management Experience
• Asbestos industry experience
• Driving Licence 
• Motivated and resilient individual
• NVQ Level 4 is essential
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
