Credit Control Administrator -

We have an excellent opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our NZ Credit Control Control Team. In this role you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our Credit Control team to enable them to achieve service excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to client and internal customer queries through various communication methods
• Preparing and reconciling spreadsheets to support specific accounts, portals and consolidations
• Preparing documents for bad debt write offs and refunds
• Updating client contact records and any PO’s as required
• Working with the Banking and Allocations team and follow up on any missing remittance advices required for the allocation of the funds correctly
• Monitoring the Credit Control mailboxes and actioning the customer queries in a timely manner
• Performing client account reconciliations as required by the Credit Control team

What you can bring to this role:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable role, and/or credit control environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Suite and previous experience using finance or other systems
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
