CSR Events & Training Executive - Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar)

• The CSR Events & Training Executive is responsible for supporting the Better Futures Program Manager with engaging stakeholders, planning program logistics and delivering agreed program events (e.g. school health programs and feminine hygiene education). The role purpose is to deploy a unique CSR program in an innovative and engaging way. This role educates varied audiences on aspects of health, safety and hygiene across India but with a focus on feminine hygiene. The incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team within India and beyond. The role will develop some new training materials on feminine hygiene for delivery in a flexible learning environment and will largely self-manage whilst traveling out of station. Typical interaction involves extensive communication with external parties ranging from NGOs, Head Teachers and Public Officials (for permissions). The role also involves engagement with internal colleagues such as the Branch Managers, functional colleagues and also teams in the UK. The role is based in (HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore) but will involve frequent travel to branch / school / NGO locations within Karnataka and other India states. This travel will require mutual flexibility.

• GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• ● Engage with relevant people to ensure support for delivery of the education / training
• ● Plan events at Rentokil PCI or Cannon Hygiene branches, schools, clients and local communities; adapting schedule to local needs and business opportunity
• ● Ensure permissions are obtained for delivery of the training & education in schools
• ● Coach and train some of the business colleagues to conduct agreed events.
• ● Participate in business meetings & video hangouts with India & UK colleagues
• ● Assist in developing new Better Future program training materials
• ● Create relevant education modules, videos and animation on feminine hygiene.
• ● Capture pictures & create story content of Better Futures for the Company
• Ensure a full repository of Videos & Animations for future training & education.
• Respond promptly to queries (direct and indirect) using tact & discretion
• Prepare newsletters and status reports keeping track of all training delivered.
• Support rural schools where toilet construction has already been implemented and support the relevant hygiene education whilst tracking the beneficial impact
• Support girls to have a comprehensive understanding of feminine hygiene

• ● Delivery of Better Futures education (internally and externally) to ensure the improved health, safety & hygiene in schools, communities, clients & NGO organizations.
• ● Development and delivery of feminine hygiene specific education to relevant audiences
• ● Organization and planning of local program events such as Global Handwashing Day or Beach Clean Ups to actively drive colleague engagement and CSR impact
• ● Capture of picture and story content for creation of newsletters and web site information
• ● Engagement with multiple stakeholders to ensure good colleague awareness and support for the Better Futures CSR program (linking to YVC survey).
