Target Specialty Products (TSP) is leading North American Distributor serving the Professional Turf and Pest Management industries. We proudly support a wide range of sectors including: Pest Management Professionals (PMPs), golf course management, lawn care operators, municipalities and sports turf. with a network of 100+ experienced sales representatives across Canada and the US and more then 45 conveniently located branch locations, we are committed to delivering top-tier products, solutions and support tailored to the unique needs of out customers. Our strategic focus to build the largest local presence in Canada ensures fast, reliable service and a deep understanding of regional challenges. We currently operate warehouse facilities in BC, AB, QC and ON positioning us to provide timely distribution and support across the country.

Salary: $20-$21/Hr.

Work hours: 8 am - 4pm EST

The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed

and professionalism

• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, completing web forms and responding to emails
• Entering and processing orders for new and existing customers
• Investigating issues and resolving customer complaints
• Updating and managing customer databases
• Providing an outstanding customer experience to all customers
• Available to work as required based on customer needs

Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience in a Customer service role is a tremendous asset
• Proficient with Google platform (Gmail, and other applicable computer programs)
• Bilingual English/French an asset
• High school diploma – College preferred
• Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality!

• Sales oriented, has the ability to identify sales opportunities within a service environment

• Energetic, positive and self motivated

• Naturally empathetic, with the ability to build a strong rapport

• Excellent communication and listening skills - both verbal and written

• Professional demeanor, stellar phone etiquette

• Able to perform successfully in a high paced, results-oriented environment

• Ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad range of people

• Well organized, energetic and reliable

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment

• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
