This role will support the development and management of marketing programs (internal programs and with external partners). This person will also lead the direct mail nurture strategy and will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting of marketing direct mail campaigns. This candidate should be analytical and passionate about mail quality, process, and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators
Revenue generated from programs
Cost per customer acquisition
Collaborates with internal marketing stakeholders (campaign & promo team, brand and content team, insights & analytics team) to support ongoing marketing campaigns
Consults with internal/external stakeholders to develop and implement direct mail marketing plans
Coordinate with the CRM team to create a seamless strategy from lead journey through customer onboarding
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new programs that will drive revenue and maintain the programs ecosystem to maximize business revenue.
Monitor programs, drawing actionable insights from performance, and implementing best practices in future initiatives.
Manage the planning, execution, reporting and analysis of Direct Mail marketing campaigns
Campaign administration to include: proofing materials to ensure they meet established branding guidelines, scheduling, invoicing and reconciliation
Design and launch test plans that deliver new customer growth and refine plans based on learnings
Collaborate with the Marketing team, agencies and other partners to set strategies, collect data and provide analytics and reporting
Bring industry best practices to maintain the integrity of direct mail campaigns and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain documentation of direct mail procedures, training materials, and processes
5+ years experience in marketing
5+ experience managing direct mail B2C campaigns, including design, production and print
Must display excellent time management and organization skills
Experience working on multiple projects with different timelines
Knowledge of marketing principles, methods, and practices
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Suite)
Project management skills
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Must be a team-player, able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
