About the Role

Are you a highly organised, proactive EA looking for a rewarding part-time position?

Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support primarily to our Managing Director, NZ & Fiji. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner—managing priorities, maintaining seamless daily operations, and delivering high-level administrative support to both the Managing Director and members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

This position is Monday to Friday, with an 8.30 am start. This role will require someone with the ability to work flexible hours as required to support specific events such as Leadership Workshops, conferences and roadshows. 

Key Responsibilities

• Diary & Inbox Management: Proactively manage the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinate complex meetings, and filter/prioritise correspondence using agreed protocols.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, ground transport, and associated requirements.
• Events & Leadership Meetings: Plan, coordinate, and execute SLT meetings, leadership conferences, roadshows, and key business events.
• Executive Support: Draft correspondence, prepare presentations and reports, reconcile expense claims, raise purchase orders, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a clear, professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across New Zealand, Fiji, and the broader Pacific region.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role supporting senior executives.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Core Competencies:
• Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High level of discretion and proven ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable: Prior experience working within a global or geographically dispersed organisation, or holding a relevant qualification in business administration.
