Field Quality Supervisor

• Arrange all field Technicians’ TPA 
• Conduct field spot checks, on average 2 for each technician per month (Daily should conduct a check at each site visited)
• Conduct Vehicle inspections, for all branch vehicles/Assist designated Operations Officers while doing the monthly vehicle check-up.
• Schedule, perform and train technicians and other field teams on equipment maintenance and following APL and other SHE instructions .
• Handle clients’ complaints and develop action plans to resolve 
• Arrange Pre-Treatment visits for new clients, big and VIP accounts 
• Support the technicians in the Initial Treatment of big and VIP accounts
• Support in MyRentokil Level 3 installation, monitoring and auditing
• Support in preparing “IPM and other Technical Reports” for clients 
• Ensure treatment recommendations are left on site detailing what was completed and what needs done to keep the premises pest free.
• Support in preparing “Maps” for clients 
• Conduct field training for new joiners, technicians and other colleagues
• Ensure their teams are complying with H&S procedures and wearing the correct PPE.
• Monitor and control operational waste for their team.
• Monitor service quality through site inspections, service paperwork and online reports, and direct communication with customers that fall within the team portfolio.
• Follow up on the “Top 10 Infestation” Clients, Technicians and Pests
• Support the field teams in the Preventative Maintenance 
• Checking and monitoring the Technicians work grid, signature capture, SRA and productivity
• Assisting the Finance Team when conducting the monthly inventory for the vehicles
• Train technicians on how to recognise leads and potential
• Assist the Technical Engineering unit in preparing Work Accident Declaration Reports.
• Assist the Sales team in surveying specific client premises.
• Conduct the field trial of new products’ and raise comments to the Technical Engineering unit.
• Resolving customer complaints relating to service.
• Organize planning to ensure maximum productivity with the dedicated officer
• Field inspection reports compiled to the correct specification & frequency including root cause.

Requirements:

BS in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in a similar role
