Finance Manager - Sri Lanka & Maldives

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts for Sri Lanka & Maldives.
• Monthly financial performance reporting and analysis, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Leading the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Full SLFRS , Tax Matters and group policies.
• Managing the finance team, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Enhancing financial controls and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Engaging with external auditors during the audit process and ensuring timely completion of statutory requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Professional qualification in Finance Management. Prefer CA & ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams.
• Proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Sri Lanka.
