Food Safety Consultant Abu Dhabi

As a Food Safety Consultant at Rentokil Initial, your primary role will be to ensure the implementation and adherence to food safety standards for our clients. You will design and deliver tailored food safety training programs and conduct comprehensive audits, ensuring that clients meet the required regulations and guidelines. Your expertise will help organizations maintain the highest standards of food safety, directly impacting public health and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement food safety systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Conduct ADAFSA and EFST Trainings
• Conduct thorough kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to food safety practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and provide technical assistance during the prospecting phase.
• Participate in the organization of public health events and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food safety, quality assurance, or relevant training.
• ADAFSA Approved trainer
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
• Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
