The Role

As a Compliance Administrator, your role will be key in helping us maintain a strong data protection environment. You'll ensure we meet all GDPR requirements and contribute to our ongoing compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GDPR compliance: Ensure all necessary controls are in place and maintained within our OneTrust system.
• Support data incidents: Assist the Legal Privacy Officer (LPO) and Senior GDPR Assistant with Data Incidents and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
• Monitor communications: Manage the LPO's mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
• Track deadlines: Make sure all GDPR deadlines are met efficiently.
• Report on progress: Prepare monthly GDPR reports and provide updates to management.
• Utilize data tools: Work daily with Excel and Google Spreadsheets for various tasks.
• Analyze training: Track and analyze monthly GDPR training progress.
• Verify processes: Conduct checks to ensure business processes adhere to GDPR standards.
• Identify and resolve risks: Help pinpoint potential risks and suggest solutions for compliance issues.

• Handle various tasks: Take on additional assignments as they arise.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail

• I.T Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Good initiative and judgement skills
• Team player
• Customer focused and able to build rapport with internal customers
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
• Knowledge of GDPR and Compliance would be advantageous
