Your Career Journey with Rentokil

Your first year will be spent as a Pest Control Technician, gaining hands-on experience in a specific area. You'll be the expert on the ground, solving problems and building relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting customer properties and identifying pest risks.
• Resolving pest issues and removing evidence of infestations.
• Providing expert advice on pest prevention and hygiene.
• Delivering exceptional customer service on every visit.

After 12-36 months, you'll have the chance to choose your future path. We'll support you in transitioning into one of these exciting roles:

• Sales Surveyor
• Field Biologist
• Service Team Leader
• Key Account Manager

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a pest control expert. We're looking for graduates who are keen to learn and ready to engage with people. You should have:

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science, social science, business management, hospitality, or tourism subject.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
• The flexibility to support business needs.
