The role requires operating across a broad spectrum; from tactical campaigns, operational projects and supporting recruiters’ day to day on sourcing challenges, working closely with colleagues in creative, internal communications and employee experience both online and offline. Managing and developing our global careersite.
You will deliver a multi-channel strategy which targets desired talent groups. You will be responsible for tailoring sourcing strategies to customer / candidate sub-segments and locations to ensure that Rentokil is able to access and retain talent for hard to fill roles in low brand awareness geographies and skill shortage areas.
Ultimately the goal of this role is to attract and convert to application, the best people from the widest available diverse Talent pool, in time , cost consciously, ahead of our competition.Ensuring Rentokil’s continued ambition to be an ‘employer of choice.’
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that potential talent is engaged with us through effective recruitment marketing strategy and execution. This includes developing and delivering social media and comms plans, including targeted social media and other comms campaigns, managing and developing our global careersite.
- Use data and analytics to provide reporting at a global level (e.g. retention rates) and use these insights to inform sourcing strategy, develop pipelines and source long term successful candidates.
- Partner with the business and external suppliers to maximise advertising return on investment spend and pilot targeted attraction campaigns utilising key data points from landing pages, split testing and other data sources to measure the ROI for example; number of applications and hires as well as cost per applicant, quality of hire connected to short term retention trends.
- Manage, develop and optimise our global career site. Act as a relationship point of contact for our external suppliers, create and deploy content. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visibility of the career site across the company. Work closely with all teams to align online initiatives with broader organisational goals.
- Build awareness of our employer brand, especially to markets of targeted talent. Work with internal comms and help build stories and content across all corners of the business that help demonstrate our EVP including our global career site.
- Act as a subject matter expert, train on and create content for our global group attraction tools, e.g. internal employee referral platform and global career site
- Support the regions to communicate the EVP and the construct the package that will most likely attract and excite potential candidates including but not limited to pay, benefits, training, culture, community work, leadership style etc
- Support regions as a subject matter expert with regionally tailored Recruitment Marketing activities, including developing campaign calendars and other initiatives, sharing best practice.
- Partner with regions to support the roll out of resourcing and recruitment tools internally with communication plans and activities to drive engagement and adoption.
Requirements:
The Person
You will have worked in recruitment or marketing and ideally ‘recruitment marketing’ before and have experience and passion for looking at new ways to source and attract talent.
A proven track record of working across all pillars of Talent Marketing (social, attraction, brand, internal initiatives and beyond) is highly desirable.
Skills, Knowledge and experience:
- Hands on problem-solving skills with a great enthusiastic, versatile, motivated, ‘everything is figureoutable’ attitude.
- Good analytical skills: ability to build data-driven decks and communicate data insights in a crystal-clear way.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - experience navigating and communicating across a large, complex stakeholder group is a must.
- Project management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
