The Head of Ambius BELUX assumes full P&L accountability and holds all-encompassing operational and commercial responsibilities for the BELUX region. As a valued member of the BELUX Management Team, you will report to the Managing Director and actively contribute to the team's collaborative spirit. In your role, you will drive strategic goal achievement , meet financial targets, and ensure customer satisfaction remains central to our business. You will lead Sales, Customer Service, and Service professionals. Championing the development and growth through coaching, promoting open communication, and cultivating a strong, collaborative, and positive organizational culture, rooted in our core values : Service, Relationships, Teamwork, and Responsibility.
Safety is paramount. In your capacity as Head of Ambius BELUX, you are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, from field-based to office teams. You will guarantee strict adherence to and active promotion of safety standards across the organization, fostering a culture where safety is embedded in daily practices and where every individual feels accountable for their own and their colleagues’ well-being.
Your Responsibilities
- Commercial Responsibilities:
Analyze sales figures, forecasts, and the profitability of business operations. You maintain long-term customer relationships and develop commercial actions based on market trends and customer needs. You optimize commercial costs and monitor margins. Additionally, you identify new opportunities in the market to drive the growth of Ambius.
- Operational Service:
Manage the operational budget and ensure the achievement of annual objectives. You ensure all processes comply with health and safety standards, legislation, and KPI targets. You actively contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery and change management.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a customer-oriented approach, actively listening to customers and providing proactive solutions. You ensure that customer experience and satisfaction remain consistently high and collaborate with other departments to ensure this. You act proactively to prevent customer issues before they arise.
- Leadership and Team Development:
Coach, develop, and motivate your team members, with a focus on both the service and sales teams. You are responsible for conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Rentokil Initial values.
- Health, Safety, and Sustainability:
Responsible for compliance with health, safety, and sustainability guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and other stakeholders.

- Safety KPIs
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- P&L (revenue/costs)
- Service delivery and KPIs (Icabs)
- NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Employee engagement (YVC)
- Absenteeism and staff retention
Ambius, a part of Rentokil Initial, is a specialist in interior plant design, premium scenting, and creating inspiring workspaces. Education and Experience:
- University-level education or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a leadership role within service delivery and/or sales.
- Knowledge of business economics, management styles, and experience in the service industry is an advantage.
- Experience in business-to-business and proven success at the management level is a plus.

- Strong leadership skills and experience with situational leadership.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn strategic plans into practical actions.
- Customer-focused, able to quickly understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Sets high standards for themselves and their team.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of IT systems and reporting tools.
