Head of Digital Product

As the Head of Digital Product at Rentokil Initial, you will be instrumental in driving growth across our global businesses by leading the digital product strategy for our extensive web estate comprising 150+ websites. Your role encompasses overseeing all aspects of digital product considerations for both B2C and B2B audiences, with a focus on driving innovation within the organisation to deliver seamless, connected, and eCommerce powered experiences. You will lead a team of digital product managers, business analysts, and UX designers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our IT development teams to ensure your vision is accurately understood, rationalised, and delivered through our agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with Rentokil Initial's business goals, with a primary focus on driving growth across the global web estate, delivering more personalised and interactive experiences.

▪ Lead and mentor a team of digital product managers, business analysts, and UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment focused on delivering exceptional digital products and experiences.

▪ Oversee the management and optimization of Rentokil Initial's global web estate, consisting of 150+ websites, ensuring alignment with brand standards, SEO best practices, and user experience guidelines.

▪ Manage and influence operating budgets of £1m+

▪ Drive the development and enhancement of digital payment systems and ecommerce platforms across the web estate, optimising conversion rates and facilitating seamless transactions for both B2C and B2B customers.

▪ Ensure all digital customer touchpoints are consistent through close partnering and influencing of internal IT functions.

Requirements:

▪ Proven track record of leadership and management experience, including leading teams of digital product managers, business analysts, and UX designers in a global and matrixed organisation.

▪ Extensive experience in digital product management, with a deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, and product lifecycle management across web, ecommerce, apps, and secure customer portals.

▪ Demonstrated ability to manage a large global web estate, ensuring consistency, usability, and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.

▪ Strategic mindset with the ability to develop, communicate, and execute digital product strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.

▪ Expertise in user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies, with a focus on delivering intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences.

▪ Proficiency in leveraging data analytics, market research, and customer insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

▪ Experience with Magnolia CMS a significant advantage
