Main Accountabilities and Supporting Activities

Paid Ads Optimization

• Managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, such as google search, google display, social media, youtube, google business profile, and email marketing, will be a critical aspect
• Implement scalable lead-generation, lower funnel campaigns and market intelligence strategies to drive targeted and efficient campaigns
• Continuously lead paid media and measure the quality of campaigns/engagement efforts by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights, and then acting on that information.
• Using Data Analytics, provide analysis to give stakeholders a clear view on the media channel performance and ROI's
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and providing regular reports to the regional marketing team
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Content

• Able to manage and support marketing materials for a variety of media, including PR, website, social media, email marketing, video, KOLs and print
• Create engaging thought leadership content in the form of social media posts and newsletters that is accurate, well-researched and attractive
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics, ensuring the website remains up-to-date and optimized for user experience and search engine rankings
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Observe and deploy RI global websites and social media accounts and adapt with our local ones

Requirements:

Requirements and skills

• At least 3 years of working experience in a PR, marketing, or agency
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi-tasking and organizational ability
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of google and social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
• Strong in utilizing marketing analytics tools, analysis and insight generation, and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Thai and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva
• Able to use Hubspot as a tool for email automation
• Experience in organizing participation in customer events and trade fairs is a plus

• Genuine passion for digital topics, possess an open-minded approach towards adopting new technology tools, and demonstrate innate familiarity with the digital landscape as a digital native
• Able to demonstrate sophisticated communication and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
