Rentokil Initial is a global leader in pest control, hygiene, and workspace solutions, operating in over 80 countries worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Hygiene Supervisor.

As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene services provided by our technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of hygiene technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.
• Monitor and maintain service levels, ensuring that all hygiene services are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hygiene or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a vehicle with manual transmission
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications Required:

• At least five (5) CXC passes
• Qualifications in Supervisory Management preferred
• Hygiene Services awareness and knowledge
• Proficient in scheduling work for service personnel
