£22,017 basic, £25,000 per annum OTE, company vehicle, fuel card, mobile, company benefits and uncapped commission

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the ever-growing sector of plants, design and wellbeing, utilising services such as interior and exterior plant and flowers displays, high-end scenting, external landscaping, green walls, Christmas services and artwork.

You will be working with our existing clients, developing customer relationships through outstanding service. As an expert in the field we will provide you with an accredited training program which will give you the knowledge to give our customers the best service possible, this training program is accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Your daily duties will include;

• Maintaining the interior plant and flower displays.
• Maintaining scenting units and cartridges.
• Assisting the installs of our seasonal displays.

Given our growth in the market you will also have an opportunity to earn commission through customer recommendation and working with design consultants to bring new customers onboard to the business.

• An interest in horticulture, plants and flowers is great; although not essential

• Have proven ability to work towards KPIs and targets
• Are outgoing and naturally creative
• Full UK driving licence

If you have greenfingers, a passion for horticulture, plants and flowers, although not essential, or just an interest in the benefits they can bring to people, this could be the ideal role for you.
