Junior Accountant (TEMPORARY)

1. Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
2. Support the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate in the preparation of various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
5. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, offering assistance to senior finance personnel as required.
6. Actively participate in the debt collection team, assisting in the collection of outstanding payments from clients and customers.
7. Facilitate procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative files and records.
9. Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
11. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as delegated by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Preferably some internship or work experience in finance or administration.
3. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret financial data accurately.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
5. Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
6. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
9. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.
10. A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with a willingness to learn and develop in the role.
