The Role
We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic candidates eager to pursue a rewarding career in information security, to join our structured 2-year graduate development pathway.
As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will assume a critical role in protecting our organisation’s digital infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive information. You will collaborate extensively with the Global Information Security team, the Global Infrastructure team and our Regional IT Teams, contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across our global operations. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development within the rapidly evolving field of information security.
A key aspect of this role requires candidates to possess a broad and foundational knowledge of information security. Furthermore, the successful applicant must demonstrate a proven capacity to advise and guide staff in a manner that is consistently open, honest, and engaging, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation. While specific expertise in niche areas is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this entry-level position.
Applicants must be willing and able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley, UK, on a semi-regular basis.
The Graduate Pathway
Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2-year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills, giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.
This exciting two-year program includes integration, development, and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role, with a mentor to guide you, and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run, as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.
