Junior Recruitment Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent team, reporting to our Europe Talent Recruiter.

This person will work closely and partner with our multiple stakeholders who are colleagues in global, regional and in-country roles across TA, HR and Marketing to bring our employer brand story to life to attract candidates to a wide variety of jobs.

Main tasks

• Build awareness of our employer brand, especially to markets of targeted talent. Work with various stakeholders and help build stories and content across all corners of the business that help demonstrate our EVP including our local career sites
• Create and run social media recruiting content and campaigns, measuring their impact (ROI) and offering solutions on attracting a diverse Talent Pool
• Support the creation or enhancement of local career sites; generate and realise ideas to engage visitors and support visitor to application conversion
• Move attraction & engagement from reactive to proactive, getting ahead of demand
• Run daily reports on the recruitment cycle to analyse key areas of attention in Europe, in order to flag to local teams
• Support the Europe recruitment processes with sourcing, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
• Become an SME on our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) in order to support end users
• Track, solve and report on ATS support queries
• Identify career fairs and opportunities to increase Rentokil Initial Brand Awareness and visibility
• Stay up to date with marketing channels such as media channels, social platforms, search tools, AI/Digital solutions and programmatic advertising/targeting methods and how our competitors position themselves in the employment marketplace (support from the Global TA team will be provided)

Must have

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or marketing
• Interest in career path growth within the Recruitment and/or Talent function
• Experience and passion for looking at new ways to source and attract talent
• Knowledge of how a full cycle recruitment process works
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Confident in using technology as development or recruitment tools
• Comfortable working across all organisational levels with different cultures and across multiple countries
