Laundry Operative

Description

Overall Job Purpose:

To assist in the daily running of the processing unit which will include, PowerTrans machines, RugtVed rolling machines,driers, renovation, refurbishment and any other duties achieving the required standard of quality and efficiency. Providing operational coverage between 0600-1800 from Monday-Friday. ( hours to be discussed )



Essential qualities & experience

• Able to work within a target driven environment and maintaining quality standards.
• Understanding the importance of good customer service and quality control.
• Good command of the English language and able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety at Work and best practice.
• A good team player and has the ability to work with others.
• Self motivated and able to work on with their own initiative
• Has good attention to detail
• Reliable, good timekeeping, flexible and hard working
• Willingness to learn new processes

Factory experience preferred , FLT licence would be an advantage but training will be provided. Experience of working within a team

Benefits:

Annual salary £23,405 with additional together bonus and after training you can achive advanced operator role at £24,218
