Shape the Future and deliver Learning and Development Globally
We are seeking a dynamic hands on Group Learning & Development Manager to inspire our developing team and to design and deliver inventions, programmes and career pathways both digitally and offline. This is an exciting opportunity to work in conjunction with global regions and countries, fostering a culture of collaboration to deliver learning to ensure we have the capabilities to win in the future.
What You Will Do:
- Spearhead the design and delivery of programmes that support our business strategy, focusing on critical skills like digital, innovation, collaboration, and resilience.
- Develop a career mapping framework to support career development across the organisation.
- Drive improvements to our performance management process, ensuring managers can hold developmental conversations.
- Lead initiatives that promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, focusing on improving gender and ethnic minority representation in management.
- Manage the U+ team, optimising our Cornerstone platform to deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Partner with regional L&D leads and HRDs to understand learning needs and provide effective solutions.
- Provide data analytics to the regions and Group Leadership, leveraging data to enhance our learning and development strategy.
Requirements:
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in talent/learning, with a proven track record of impactful deliverables.
- Strong LMS (e.g., Cornerstone) knowledge and experience in learning analytics.
- Expertise in training needs analysis, design, delivery, and facilitation.
- Experience developing global skills and career path strategies.
- Experience of managing a small team of varying seniority
- International project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Experience in budget management, coaching, and HR technology (e.g., AI applications).
- Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Creative, innovative, and digitally savvy mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree or equivalent; CIPD or relevant professional qualification (desirable).
