Marketing Director - Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam SVT

The position is responsible for analyzing marketing and business trends for the cluster, lead the team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution
  • Identify geography/sector/service line growth potential, creating service category vision, constructing hierarchy and innovation agenda to drive sustainable category growth.
  • Data analysis (deep dive sector and solution performance), market trend study, leads generation and enquiry monitoring, competitive landscape and annual sales forecast and budgeting review
  • Partnering with Country Managing Director, Cluster Managing Director and Regional Senior Management Team for business performance review, reporting and business strategy management.
  • Managing marketing budget and expense trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to launch the innovations with customers and ensure execution of all marketing launches seamlessly.
  • Manage and monitor marketing resources to ensure that each action is optimized in its effectiveness and quality.

• Digital Marketing & Brand communication
  • Oversee marketing communications strategy and implementation including above and below the line publicity, direct marketing, PR, trade events & sponsorships
  • Brand custodian for Rentokil Initial corporate brand identity
  • Identify appropriate communication channels (in particular various digital platforms) to increase quality leads and to reinforce brand awareness and equity
  • Improve and optimize integrated digital campaigns (not limit to SEO/SEM/Email marketing/PR/Social media) and ensure improve ROI Y-o-Y, both engagement and acquisition.
  • Define content and format across different communication touch points (including website optimization) and ensure ROI is measured and communicated
  • Recruitment and maintenance of media partnership and managing/liaising with a creative agency and a digital marketing agency.

• Market Service
  • Support the business in developing specific solutions, presentations, Bids &Tenders and workshops/webinars together with the cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Key Customer, Sales and Operation Teams as primary customers and support them with marketing programs to ensure marketing messages being translated into a competitive and differentiated go to market approach supported by necessary capability.
  • Develop regular marketing/sales campaigns/community activities to support short-term business objectives, establishing milestones and quality based execution plans

• Leadership
  • Lead, coach and motivate the Marketing Team to maximize its contribution to the business, become strategic business partner
  • Provide guidance to the team and manage day-to-day operations, continuous embrace/engage the team while working remotely.

Requirements:

• University Degree (Specializing in Marketing Communications)
• Middle to Senior Management, with experience in giving directions and guidance to a team
• At least 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in multi country responsibilities
• B2B or B2C marketing background would be an advantage, especially in Brand Management, and Category and/or Trade Marketing Management.
• Solid exposure in marketing communication in particular digital marketing ( both engagement/acquisition)
• Able to adapt to fast pace work environment
• Independent and proactive worker
• Have a flare for speaking and writing (report writing, copywriting and tender pitching)
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Business management exposure (numbers reporting, strategy, performance review.
