Operations Officer

As an Operations Officer at Rentokil Boecker you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations to ensure effective service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the activities of field technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Your main duties will involve:

• Overseeing the scheduling of appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of service teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintaining inventory levels for pest control products and ensuring teams are adequately equipped.
• Providing training and support to technicians to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing operational data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align services with client expectations and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related industry.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
