Pest Control Technician | Hamilton

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Hamilton depot.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free.

What we do need from you is:

• Current and valid New Zealand full driver's licence
• The ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand 
• Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
• Experience or interest in bird trapping 
• The ability to shoot and a Firearms Licence is preferable
• Working at Heights licence (under and over 11m) and EWP experience
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
• An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
• The ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check
