Plant Care Specialist

We design, install and service interior and exterior plant displays, flowers, replica foliage, holiday decor, ambient scenting and stunning wall art for commercial businesses. Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plant Care and Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance of exterior plants including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
- Inspect plants for signs of disease or pests and take appropriate action.
- Ensure all plants are properly trimmed and maintained to enhance their health and aesthetic appeal.
2. Installation and Landscaping:
- Assist in the planning and installation of new plantings and landscaping projects.
- Prepare soil and planting beds, including the removal of weeds and debris.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery as required.
3. Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide clients with plant care advice and recommendations.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Solid communication and critical problem solving skills.
- Experience caring for plants is preferred
- Experience interacting with clients
- Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders
- Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objectsl
- Located on public transit line
Salary: Hourly $20 to $23/hour
