Ambius Sweden is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales department in Stockholm. Reporting to the Head of Ambius, Sweden, you will play a key role in driving organic growth, supporting acquisition strategies, and ensuring revenue, profit, and cash flow targets are met. You will lead the sales team, develop pricing strategies, optimize sales through segmentation, and build a world-class team that champions Ambius's sustainable plant solutions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, ensuring excellent customer experiences, managing external partnerships, and upholding company values and compliance.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Ambius Sweden’s growth and market leadership in sustainable plant and interior landscaping solutions. You will lead the sales team with both strategic insight and operational execution, working closely with marketing to boost brand presence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Upholding Ambius’ core values, you will ensure your team operates in full compliance with legal requirements while promoting sustainability and safety.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with management.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed targets while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Optimize sales through customer segmentation and tailored product offerings.
- Manage budget, P&L, and ensure profitable sales operations.
- Design and implement sales competitions and incentives to drive upselling and performance across product lines.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in plant care and design solutions.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and enhance Ambius Sweden’s digital presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies while promoting sustainability and safety.

Main Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a business level.
- Proven experience leading sales or commercial teams.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in leading service and/or sales teams to drive growth.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High drive, strong work ethic, and personal accountability.
- Experience in service-based industries (B2B/B2C) or route-based businesses is a plus.
- Background in smaller, fast-growing companies.
- International business experience is an advantage.
