Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales planning & order processing to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments & external customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
• Centralize and manage sales quoting templates to ensure consistent use across the business, generating quotations in line with the annual value authority matrix.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent customer services to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondence in professional manner.
• Regularly verify with customers and update customer contact details in the system to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare report and analysis for Management’s review.
• Perform ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above

• 1 year working of experience in Customer Care / Sales Support field is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Detail minded, able to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and energetic team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Immediately available is preferable
