1. B2B Brand Management & Creative strategy:
A. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to Initial Hygiene’s
services and product lines, with a strong focus on B2B audiences across industries.
B. Manage brand storytelling across all corporate and vertical-specific communication touchpoints to drive
engagement and lead generation.
C. Drive the brand's visibility and thought leadership in both internal (employee communication, leadership
messaging) and external platforms (trade media, partner events, industry portals) across the
subcontinent.
D. Align corporate branding efforts with the company’s long-term strategic vision and B2B positioning.
E. Develop detailed creative briefs and work closely with creative and digital agencies to ensure consistent
brand messaging, timely execution, and quality output.
F. Manage and prioritize agency deliverables through structured tracking and coordination, ensuring
alignment with business goals and marketing calendars.
G. Build and implement content marketing strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and sales
enablement material to support customer journeys across the B2B funnel.
H. Collaborate with subject matter experts and business units to create industry-relevant, insight-driven
content.
I. Curate and manage content calendars for all digital platforms, including social media, corporate website,
and B2B e-commerce channels.
J. Monitor engagement metrics and refine digital strategies to increase reach, improve conversions, and
elevate brand authority.
K. Partner with digital and performance marketing teams to align campaign creatives and messaging with
lead-gen goals.
L. Create content for digital ads, EDMs, and promotional landing pages aimed at B2B customer acquisition
and nurturing.
M. Oversee and grow Initial Hygiene’s presence on professional platforms like LinkedIn and industry forums,
ensuring targeted engagement and brand visibility among key decision-makers.
N. Launch B2B-specific social campaigns to promote services, innovation, and corporate milestones.
2. Marketing Campaign development, management & evaluation:
A. The incumbent would need to have demonstrated proven capabilities in creating and managing
marketing campaigns targeted at B2B segments.
B. The candidate should have handled the execution aspects of medium to large scale ATL, BTL,
offline and digital campaigns, online & offline content for pest control services that can be
amplified on relevant platforms.
C. S/he would need to work closely with the Content team and the Digital Marketing lead to develop and
execute campaigns across the Marketing funnel.
D. As part of this mandate, the incumbent needs to have proven agency / vendor management experience
to be able to deal with Digital Marketing agencies, Media agencies, Influencer agencies, PR agencies etc.
E. Working in collaboration with the branch teams to provide the necessary Marketing support from the
brand’s perspective.
F. Working closely with Product marketing manager to support marketing campaigns, analysis,
presentations and overall development of marketing creatives and communications.
G. Working closely with the procurement and operations teams under to successfully land product
innovations
3. Innovations:
A. To assist the marketing team for services in landing the services innovation pipeline by effectively
collaborating with multi-functional team members - Operations, Procurement, Sales Training, Field
sales, Key accounts etc.
B. This would entail assisting in project management to ensure that all Service & Products
innovations are achieved and tracked in an organized manner.
C. On the Marketing front, the candidate should have demonstrated experience in proposition
development for new launches.
D. Development of Go-To-Market strategies for new innovations as well as existing service & products lines,
develop strategies for on-ground events, exhibitions etc. in alliance with local branch teams
E. Working collaboratively with the products sales division team to track innovation success
F. Maintaining post evals and thorough update on Innovation sales and marketing activities
4. Content management:
A. Ownership of website, blog, and social media performance metrics (traffic, conversions,
engagement, etc.)
B. Development and management of content calendars for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
C. Crafting ad copies for online (e.g., Google Ads) and offline campaigns.
D. Developing content marketing strategies to promote innovations and enhance brand visibility
across digital and offline platforms.
E. Collaborating with agencies to enhance SEO performance and ensuring content accuracy through
editing and proofreading.
F. Conducting research on industry trends to inform high-quality content creation.
5. CORE COMPETENCIES:
A. Extraordinary conceptualization skill, a creative mindset, written and verbal communication
skills Skilled in content writing & creative development along with basic knowledge of
marketing concepts
B. Work with cross-functional teams for collecting technical information regarding our products and services
and convert them into meaningful customer-centric content formats
C. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts - SEO, E-commerce, Website content
D. Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams & manage multiple priorities, agency and
vendor management
E. Some experience in Email creation on systems like MailChimp, iContact, Get Response etc., website UX
design, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Google Adwords will be an added advantage, but not necessary.
6. EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A. Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or any other
related field.
B. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position. ● Overall experience
of at least 3-4 years in a product or brand marketing role which includes content, digital, creative,
marketing and brand promotions
