The  Service Centre Manager Role

As a Service Centre Manager, you will lead on the growth and retention of customers at your branch by ensuring exceptional customer service and effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring business growth by collaborating with other business functions
• Working with our sales management team to target new business and retain our current customer base
• Enhancing service delivery
• Reducing costs whilst improving service efficiency
• Managing and motivating a large service delivery team
• Working closely with other managers to set annual budgets and monitor the performance of the team
• Implementing plans and processes in response to unforeseen issues
• Analysing the data and trends of your branch and using this information to implement improvements

Requirements:

 Service Centre Manager Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet required KPI’s
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the workplace
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Pride in the job you do
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
