Initial Washroom Hygiene - Service Driver - Candidates must live in Fk7, FK8 or FK postcode area

This role comes with a basic salary of £24850.00 per annum plus benefits (including a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, RI Rewards and the opportunity to earn more money with our company grading scheme and available overtime should you wish to do it)

Initial Washroom Hygiene is one of the UK’s leading providers of washroom, hygiene and floorcare services. Our team of experts provide fully serviced hygiene solutions to our customers, which enhances their washrooms and ensures they are compliant within key legislation.

Expected OTE: £27500 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

Working hours: 40 hour contract working Monday to Friday with weekend overtime available but only if you want it.

We may be able to offer you the opportunity to increase your weekly hours to 48 hours per week with enhanced pay once fully trained should you wish.

We offer flexibility with start and end times but this will be dependant on customer needs. Your working day will usually be a 6am start but we do have flexibility to start earlier or later if required

Location: Visiting our customers premises across the Stirling area collecting feminine hygiene bins, nappy bins and servicing/ replenishing other Initial products.

The Role

This role would suit an individual who enjoys driving and providing excellent customer service. Your day will be spent visiting a number of different customers and servicing their washroom products including feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners soap dispensers and floor mats.

You will be loading and unloading units and floor mats for your customers, so you will need to be physically fit for this role. It is also your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is safe at all times and that you take care on the road and to follow our RI Drive Smart guidance.

• A full UK driving licence with 2 years experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support the business need
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
