Ambius UK, part of the Rentokil Initial Group, is a customer-focused business with services ranging from interior plant design, high-end scenting, external landscaping and many others. We are responsible for the lovely smelling hotel lobbies, Christmas decorations and the floral displays that you see in many pubs and restaurants!

We currently have a Service Administrator vacancy within our team at the South East  branch based in Mitcham

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our all customers. They will have good experience of working within a telephone based customer service role as well as a proven track record of administration, with the ability to process high volumes of data.

Requirements:

Working alongside the Business Manager and Team Leaders, the successful candidate will be required to support and monitor the activities of the Service team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and timely service to our customers. This will include:

• Update and maintain the service productivity tracker
• Process and manage customer complaints
• Update Icabs system accordingly
• Manage the incoming and outgoing post for the Branch

• Proficient IT skills and a comfortable user of Microsoft Word and Excel
